Winner of the 2014 Height of Design Award — Top 10 Commercial Space, presented by EasyHome at the Top Design Competition. SKY CLUB is an 8,600-square-foot private members' club and sales showroom with an investment of $1.1M USD. Working within a modern, neutral hard-finish shell, VADU layered palace-style rosewood furniture with gold foil detailing and hand-painted murals to create a space that reads as both culturally grounded and commercially striking. Curated ceramics and art objects introduce moments of contrast — traditional craft meeting contemporary sales function — making the space memorable and reinforcing the developer's positioning in the luxury market.
