Working within a modern, neutral hard-finish shell, VADU layered palace-style rosewood furniture with gold foil detailing and hand-painted murals to create a space that reads as both culturally grounded and commercially striking. Curated ceramics and art objects introduce moments of contrast — traditional craft meeting contemporary sales function — making the space memorable and reinforcing the developer's positioning in the luxury market.

Winner of the 2017 Height of Design Award — Top 10 Residential Space, presented by EasyHome at the Top Design Competition. Golden Age is a 4,300-square-foot luxury penthouse showroom with an investment of $450K USD. VADU designed the space as a full-floor residence anchored by a sculptural glass staircase, double-height living areas, and a panoramic master bath overlooking the city skyline. The material palette balances European elegance — white leather dining chairs, crystal chandeliers, onyx-toned marble — with quiet Eastern references: a scholar's rock sculpture, landscape art in circular frames, and brass-trimmed cabinetry. The result is a space that feels international yet personally rooted.
